Shipping
7. All USA and Canada orders are shipped via USPS
8. All International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS
9. You will receive a tracking number via email or text when your order is processed
10. Allow 7-14 business days for order processing on ready made products. For pre-orders allow 3-4 months to create and ship product. There are no refunds or exchanges on pre-orders.
11. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received
12. Packages returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery will be automatically refunded minus shipping cost
13. If a tracking number is not sent within 14 business days, request from info@nsodclothing.com

Returns / Exchanges

16. For items classified as faulty or damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivered receipt

3. Any robot or other automatic device or software connected to the services is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that any order or attempted order was made by or through use of any robot or other automatic device or software, we have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny or cancel any such order, to refuse to accept any returns or offer refunds.

Payments

4. Prices are listed in USD but you have the ability to change such.
5. Accepted payments are Paypal, American Express, Visa & Mastercard.

Prices

6. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax where applicable, delivery costs, or duties, all of which you agree to pay upon ordering.

Duties & Taxes

7. Canadian orders are subject to taxes.
8. Due to business requirements, orders may be subject to sales taxes.

9. Customers are responsible for payment of duties, fees and import taxes on International and US orders upon delivery.

10. NSOD is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.

Special Collaboration Items

11. All special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale as is.

12. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/canceled.

13. Special Collaboration Items shipping rates are subject to change and are not fixed.

Order Editing or Cancellation

14. An order cannot be edited or canceled after fulfillment. If you need to change or cancel an order before fulfillment, please contact us here immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order. Special collaboration items are final as is.

Returns

15. All items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unworn and in resalable conditions. If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied.

16. You have 14 business days after receiving your package to request a return here.

17. All Special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale.
18. A $15 USD fee will be applied to all returns.

19. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed once the returned merchandise has reached our warehouse and has been inspected. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.

20. Shipping Rates are non-refundable.

21. Returns and processing times may be delayed due to higher than usual volumes, peak times and due to the current COVID-19 challenges.

International

22. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exchanges

23. NSOD may carry out direct exchanges on Apparel Items only. You have 14 business days after receiving your package to request an exchange here. Please note we reserve the right to refuse an exchange at any time.

24. NSOD reserves the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.

Defective or Incorrect Items

25. If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately after receiving your order. Pictures must be provided. Special Collaboration items are final as is.

Lost Packages

26. NSOD is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Customers will absorb the costs of stolen/lost parcels.

Shipping

27. To protect our customers, NSOD is unable to change or intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and we will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

28. We are unable to combine shipping on different set of multiple orders.

29. Please allow 10-14 business days for orders to be processed, fulfilled and shipped. Pre-order items can take 3-4 months to complete production then it ships out.

30. Processing times may be delayed due to higher than usual volumes, peak times and due to the current COVID-19 challenges.

Delivery

31. If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

32. For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

33. If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us here.

34. NSOD may occasionally suspend its online service temporarily for technical reasons.

Terms and Policy

35. These Terms and Conditions of Use govern all use of the Site and of the Site's offered services. Access to and use of our Site and its services implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Customers therefore confirm that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of Use before accessing the Site and/or using the services, and they undertake to comply with them.

36. NSOD reserves the right to refuse Service and/or prohibit or terminate access to Services in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
